Instructions:
1. With piece of card stock, your choice in color, cut it in half with the short side at the top at 4 1/4″. Now turn the long way and score at 2 3/4″ and 5 1 /2″ and fold all score lines. Next cut a piece of coordinating card stock at 1″ x 11″ and score at 2 3/4″ and 5 1/2″.
2. Cut a piece of white card stock that measures 2 1/2″ x 4″ and adhere
it to the front flap of the card. Next cut a piece of DSP that measures 2
1/4″ x 3 3/4″ and adhere that over the white piece of card stock. Then
take the piece that measures 1″ x 11″ adhere the long end to
the front of the card and the smaller end to the inside of the card towards the bottom. This forms your pop up for your balloons.
3. Now stamp happy birthday or the stamp of you choice on a piece of
whisper white card sock and punch it out with the 1 1/4″ scalloped
circle punch. Adhere that over the font of the card over the pop up
banner your attached.
4. Now punch out 9 small and large balloons from the balloon bouquet
punch with colors of your choice. Attach 3 to the balloons to the front of
the card and two of them to the inside right panel of the card. Cut
three pieces of window sheet 1/4″ x 3 1/2″ and attach them behind the
pop up bar with tear n tape. Now attach the last four balloons to the ends
of the window sheets being sure to cut them down if needed. The inner
balloon should have two balloons so theat when the card is folded it
does not show the back of the balloon and window sheet.
5. Lastly draw black lines from the balloons down on the front of the card and the inner right panel. And then tie small twine bows and attach them to as many of the balloons as you wish with glue dots.
ENJOY!
