Flap Fold Card


Materials needed:

Card stock, your choice in color cut 11″ x 4 1/4″

Designer series paper (DSP) cut 4″ x 4″ and 3 3/4 x 1 1/4

Whisper white card stock cut 4″ x 4″

2 1/2″ circle punch

1″ circle punch

1 3/4″ circle punch

2 3/8″ scalloped circle punch


Tree builder punch


Sprinkles of life stamp set

Scraps of whisper white and other color card stock


Scalloped boarder punch


Tiny heart punch


1. Cut card stock 11″ x 4 1/4″ and then put in your trimmer and score at 2 1/2″ and 6 3/4″. Fold all score lines and then on the short side that has the 2 1/2″ score, scallop the end with the scalloped boarder punch.

2. Now open up your card and with the 2 1/2″ circle punch, put all the way in on the right of the card. Have the punch half way in between the 2 1/2″ score line, all the way in and punch

3. Attach the 4″ x 4″ DSP to the front and the 4″ x 4″ whisper white to the inside back of the card. Then on top of the white adhere the small strip of DSP. Stamp saying on the whisper white.

4. Punch out one 2 3/8″ scalloped punch from color card stock and 1 3/4″ circle from white. Adhere the white to the color card stock and then close up the card and adhere that to the half circle part of the card.

5. Stamp the cupcake bottom on color card stock, and the top on white card stock. Punch out the top and cut the bottom and then adhere to the circle you just put on. Add a small punched heart to the cupcake and then adhere a rhinestone to that.

6. On the front of the card you are going to adhere a 1″ circle out of whisper whit with a dimensional, but the dimensional at the bottom of the circle and overlap the circle over the flap of the card. Stamp, color and cut out a single candle and adhere it to the circle with SNAIL.

Materials needed for the 4″ x 4″ scrapbook:1. 

2 pieces of chipboard cut 4″ x 4″

2 pieces od designer series paper (DSP) cut 5 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ to cover the chipboard

7 pieces of card stock cut 8″ x 4″

7 pieces of card stock cut 6 1/2″ x 3 1/2″

7 pieces of card stock cut 5 1/2″ x 3″



Sticky strip or other strong adhesive

Embellishment for the front

Glue stick


Materials needed for the 4″ x 6″ scrapbook:

2 pieces of chipboard cut 4″ x 6″

2 pieces of DSP cut 5″ x 7″

6 pieces of card stock cut 4″ x 12″

6 pieces of card stock cut 4″ x 10″

6 pieces of card stock cut 4″ x 8″

Glue stick


Both these albums are made in the same way weather you are doing the 4″ x 4″ or the 4″ x 6″ one, just follow these instructions for both.


1. Cut your choice in size for the chipboard and DSP and then take the glue stick and adhere the DSP to the chipboard folding over the edges and securing with glue. Set aside

2. Cut the card stock as instructed above for your choice in which book you are doing. Then take the smallest piece and add sticky strip to each outside short ends. Adhere that to the inside of the next size larger, at the short ends, so the middle does not meet. Then put sticky strip on the outside of the middle piece and adhere that to the inside of the largest piece at the short ends. Repeat this 6 or 7 times depending on the album you are making.

3. When those are all assembled adhere each of those together with sticky strip. But don’t adhere the last one to the first one.

4. Add the two pieces of ribbon th the inside of the covers with sticky strip.

5. Then adhere the covers to the album with sticky strip and tie a bow in the closed or open pasition and add embellishments to the cover.
